Backed up, and restores rehearsed. Backups are only useful if they work. We regularly rebuild from them to prove it.
For the technical folks: standard IMAP, SMTP, CalDAV and CardDAV. Mail stored on Amazon S3 in Sydney; database backed up every five minutes, with restores tested.
Since 2024, Gmail and Outlook can block email from businesses whose domains aren't set up properly, and many businesses never find out.
We set up your domain's sender checks correctly from day one. Then we keep watching: we re-check your settings every few hours, check the spam blocklists every day, and track how your mail is being received. If anything slips, we let you know and show you exactly how to fix it.
For the technical folks: SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and re-checked every 6 hours, daily domain blocklist checks, bounce and complaint monitoring, and MTA-STS support.
