SoraData Pty Ltd (SoraData, we, us) is an Australian company. This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
This site does not list a contact email or street address. For privacy questions, access requests, or corrections, use the form on the homepage and say that your message is a privacy request.

We use it to respond to trial and demo requests, set you up, provide the analytics service, operate and secure the dashboard, and communicate with you about the product.
We process video from your cameras for analytics only — for example, visitor counts. We do not store raw footage. Analytics data (counts, timestamps, alerts) is stored in the cloud. Video stays on your NVR.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on the homepage form and Google Sign-In on the dashboard. Those services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.
Analytics data is stored in the cloud. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the product (for example hosting, or Google for reCAPTCHA and Sign-In), or if the law requires it. Some of those providers may store or process information outside Australia.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Use the homepage form to make that request.
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
