What stays the same
- Your email address. Same domain, same addresses.
- iPhone, iPad and Mac Mail. Your mail, calendar and contacts appear where they always have. On iPhone and Mac it sets itself up in a couple of taps.
- Your iCloud+ subscription, if you want it. Keep it for photos and backups; it just won't be doing your email.
- Your old mail. Import it yourself or we move it for you.
- Your contacts. They come across too.
What changes
- Each person gets their own mailbox. Staff don't need to join your Apple Account or Family Sharing, and they don't need an Apple device.
- Shared addresses are free. info@, sales@ and accounts@ cost nothing extra.
- Android and Outlook are first-class. Mail works in the Gmail app and Outlook, and calendar and contacts sync on Android too.
- Someone watches your domain. We re-check your domain's sender settings every 6 hours and the spam blocklists every day, and tell you if anything slips.
- Your bill goes up. A$6 a mailbox is more than iCloud+, and for a business with a team we think it's worth it.
