These terms apply to the SoraData website and service operated by SoraData Pty Ltd, an Australian company.
SoraData is an analytics layer for existing retail cameras and POS systems. It is designed to show visitor counts, conversion rates, trends, and related alerts. We do not supply cameras or POS hardware.
A trial is not instant self-serve signup. You request a trial or a demo through the form on the homepage. We will get back to you and, if we proceed, set you up. We may decline a request. No credit card is required to request a trial.
If we set up an account, you must keep login details confidential. The dashboard may support Google Sign-In.
To provide the service we may need camera-system credentials and POS access that you supply. You are responsible for having the right to give us that access, and for your own NVR, cameras, and POS.
We process video for analytics only and do not store raw footage. Analytics data (counts, timestamps, alerts) is stored in the cloud. Video stays on your NVR. See our Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful.
Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Enterprise pricing is agreed separately. We will confirm fees before you are charged.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, the service is provided as available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot contract out of under Australian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
